Maternity Portraiture

Maternity portraiture is so beautiful and so special it’s definitely something you don’t want to forget to do! I know with a new baby on the way it’s easy to get side tracked with baby room decorations and prepping for that little love bug to make her way to this world. However, I really do think it is something every mommy to be should really have these memories. A couple things when deciding to do your maternity photos. First make sure you choose a photographer that specializes in maternity portraiture and newborn photography. Just nice to meet your photographer during your pregnancy pre baby so when your newborn is here you already have built a relationship with your photographer. Second would be to make sure you enjoy their “style” don’t choose photographers based on pricing. These are memories you will have for many years to come and want to make sure you absolutely love them! Last but not least talk to your photographer about ideas and locations to make sure you are capturing the perfect maternity portraiture and it’s exactly as you and your photographer envisioned together!
