Henderson Child Photographer – Jaxen
How many moms out there are so stressed out during their child’s photo sessions because their toddler does not want to smile and look at the camera? I think we’ve all done it! We freak out so much that our poor kids are probably thinking, Yikes I hate taking pictures Lol! As a local Henderson Child Photographer I just wanted to show you that this does not always have to be the case. This photo session is my son Jaxen, the cutest little man on the planet! (Ok i’m a little bias! hehe) If you take a look at all these photos he is not smiling in one single photo! Yet this session is still gorgeous and so dear to my heart!
I have learned so much being a Henderson child photographer! #1 Be patient with them they’re just little guys #2Not every session will the child want or like to take photos. #3 Let the kids be kids and have fun with them! I used to stress out and try to make my son “cheese” for the camera everytime haha. (Which he still says all the time because his mom is like the mamarazzi and has instilled it in him lol). Every kid will have their days where they just want to play, make silly faces at the camera or not look at all! As a child photographer this is when you have to take a step back be patient and let the kids be kids! Your childs photos will turn out gorgeous anyway even if he is sticking his tongue out! Plus, just remember this is that age so we need to cherish it! Remember all the times when he would stick his tongue out, blow bubbles, play in the dirt, throw sticks, or freak out cause a fly landed on his nose (like the photo on the bridge)! He will not always be doing these funny things. Soon he will be too grown up to act silly and play around in the dirt. So, I really am so lucky to have captured him playing just as 2 year olds play. These are the things I never want to forget! I love you with all my heart little one I am so lucky to be your mommy!
