RILEY KERN’S PIN UP PORTRAIT WORKSHOP

I can not say enough about Canon, B&C Camera, and Riley Kern’s Pin up portrait workshop for hosting this event! Looking at these two as a Vegas wedding photographer I can tell they are madly in love! Still living out the honeymoon stage even a few years after being married!It was so fun and nice to have something here in Las Vegas for us photographers to get together, network, learn some new tricks and most of all have some fun! Riley, I cant wait for the next Riley Kern’s pini up portrait workshop i’m definitely in!
When I was told about this workshop by B&C Camera I thought to myself well this sounds like fun! I’ve been wanting to give Pin Up Photography a whirl what a better opportunity than this to have not one but three professional models and some direction along with it!
Riley Kern was amazing she is so knowledgable, professional, and fun to be around! I learned a lot from her and her crew! I had met her previously at Viva Las Vegas (A Rockabilly car show). When I saw her booth there, I thought I should go introduce myself and find out more about the workshop I signed up for! She couldn’t have been nicer! I had so many questions and she took the time to answer them all. Riley genuinely seemed excited about me learning more which only made me even more excited to do this workshop!
Genevieve Davis is a sweetheart as well! She had a double load helping out Riley and her crew with set ups etc and then modeling for the photographers! You can†definitely tell this girl can handle some stress! There must have been 70-80 Photogs there jumping over eachother to get a shot of her! She always maintained a fun and stress-free ora about her which only helped everyone else relax as well! At one point we even asked her to dance Gangnam Style haha, which she does pretty well I might add!
Lisa Luxe has got to be one of the best Pin Up models out there! I was so impressed by her professionalism and her ability to keep it new and fresh always changing up her Pin Up Style poses with her own little twist on them! Lisa is always willing to do just about anything for you to “get the shot!” I even caught a photo of her doing the Mr. Rogers wave to the neighbors on her bike haha! Which is one of my†favs! Truly can’t wait to work with Lisa again, we will definitely be seeing a lot more of this bombshell red head!
Miss Kiera Brady is also a spectacular model as well! While we where out there many of us captured a great image of her by the coke machine! This is also one of my favorites from the workshop! Kiera is a master at what she does and the pictures don’t lie, this girl is gorgeous! With her blonde hair and bright blue eyes she is definitely sure to turn heads!
Thank you Riley Kern for this opportunity you truly provided me with the knowledge and stepping stone I needed to get into the field of Pin Up Style Photography! I can’t wait to get started and put the new tricks I learned to use! Also; Canon, B&C Camera, Genevieve Davis, Lisa Luxe, Kiera Brady and the rest of the workshop crew thank you so much for all your hard work so we could capture these amazing images! Till next time!
